Classes

As a good rule of thumb, bring or wear shorts & abstain from the use of lotions or body oils 24 hours prior to participating in all exercises involving the pole. It is also a great idea to bring a pair of pants that are easily slipped on over your shorts.

Pole Fitness: Get your cardio, strengthening exercises, muscle building, toning, and core development with this unique fitness experience! Use the pole to learn basic spins, the mechanism of climbing, and choreography ALL while getting a COMPLETE workout! 

** What you need: WATER, a sweat towel, heels (optional), and knee pads.

Technique & Flexibility: Learn the foundation of pole fitness, stilettos dance, flexibility, and exercise. This class is ESSENTIAL for acquiring, developing, and maintaining the skills necessary for success in ALL aspects of fitness. **What you need: Yoga mat, water, & a sweat towel.

***Optional: Hand weights (your choice of weight—Steffany recommends 3 pound weights for those who have not previously exercised)

Stilettos Dance: Learn Steffany’s principles of Stilettos dance: The 3 H’s (Heels, Hips, & Hair)! Stilettos dancing focuses on core and leg strengthening utilizing dance and choreography. Learn to enhance your awareness of feminine presence, confidence, lines, and fluid movement. Any size heel is welcome, but heels are not required to take this class!

**What you need: Water, knee pads, heels (if you prefer them)

Hip Hop Aerobics: Cardio, muscle toning, and ab workout all to old-school & new-age hip hop music! This upbeat exercise regimen utilizes basic aerobic steps and is appropriate for ALL age groups and skill levels! You’ll burn UP to 1000 calories in this high-energy class!

** What you need: Water, sweat towel, a yoga mat, and hand-weights (Steffany recommends starting with 3 pound weights IF you’ve previously followed an exercise regimen; however, if you’re just beginning an exercise program, forego the weights as natural resistance CREATES muscle!)

 

Cardio Dance: Cardio disguised as dance! A mixture of aerobics and latin/world dance with a bit of strength training thrown in.

**What you need: Water, sweat towel, flexible sneakers/dance shoes, and hand weights.
